Plant Addicts Inc. was founded in 2017 by Richard and Chris in Omaha, Nebraska. We both have a love for plants, and want to spread our passion for plants to others! We provide high quality plants direct to customer's homes. Especially plants you cannot find locally. Needed dwarf shrubs for a garden border. Plant Addicts offered several options, all with detailed descriptions of growth habits and requirements. Plants arrived promptly in excellent condition with detailed planting instructions. Couldn't ask for more.

I wanted to order some Junior Giant Arborvitae (Thuja) to add some privacy to the backyard. I did a lot of research – trying to find the biggest, well-established plants I could find online. I found that Plant Addicts had the largest container size and even reached out to customer services to inquire about the size. The response that I got noted that they would be 3-4 years old and for a plant that grows 3-5 feet a year I was expecting more than I got. During my research – I found other cheaper trees, so I bought 7 trees that I expected to be smaller from another retailer and only 2 trees from Plant Addicts because that was all they had in stock, and they were more than double the price. PlantAddicts- $69.99/ea FastGrowingTrees- $29.95/ea Plant Addicts shipping was so much slower and arrived more than a week after the others despite being ordered the same day. The two trees that arrived were the same size, if not a little smaller than the others for more than double the price. I reached out to customer service and the response was basically “Thanks for reaching out, we’re sorry and will take note” no effort to make it right. I would’ve been more than happy to pay the price I got from FastGrowingTrees since they look almost identical – but instead I am here writing a review to try to help others avoid the same situation.
